We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our team. As a Estimator, you will play
a crucial role in ensuring the success of our projects. You will be responsible for accurately
estimating costs and creating visual layouts for materials on various construction jobs. This role
requires expertise in remodeling and construction, proficiency in CAD or similar software, and a
keen eye for detail. You must have experience in estimating structural, trim, and roof line
integration with a thorough knowledge of building code compliance for decks, porches, and
roofs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough site assessments to gather essential project details.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Utilize CAD or other software to create visual layouts for materials.
  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to clarify project
    requirements.
  • Review and analyze project plans, and specifications.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, codes and construction methods.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in remodeling and construction estimation.
  • Proficiency in CAD or similar software for creating visual layouts.
  • Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and best practices.
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport and deliver hot tubs to customers’ locations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure hot tubs are properly secured during transit to prevent damage.
  • Set up hot tubs at customers’ properties, following installation guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and answer any questions or concerns.
  • Maintain and inspect equipment and vehicles regularly to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Physical strength and stamina to lift and move heavy hot tubs.
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience in hot tub delivery or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

We specialize in backyard design, hot tubs, swim spas, grills, smokers, patios, and pergolas, along with a multitude of other outdoor products. We are seeking an experienced retail sales professional who can help our customers with their purchases of a variety of outdoor living products and accessories with our unique one-stop shop approach in our beautiful showrooms located in Indian Trail, Pineville, Cornelius, and now in Winston-Salem, NC.

Applicants must be organized self-starters who are motivated and able to communicate proficiently with a variety of clientele both verbally and written. You need to understand the marketing and sales process, with a proven track record of success. The position requires an individual who is computer proficient with software such as Microsoft Office suite.


Job Type:
Full time position with weekends and holidays required. Reliable transportation is needed.

Salary: Hourly, plus commission
