“I stopped in today to purchase a product for a Hot Springs hot tub that I purchased from another location before this store had opened. I met Art Register, who runs the place. It’s pretty rare that you see customer service like this. He took all the time in the world to go over maintenance for my tub, and even talked me out of buying more expensive accessories that I didn’t need. I explained that I was in the process of trying to create a simplified document for management of the unit I purchased, and he told me that he would send me one that he had already put together. It was everything I needed. The inside of the store not only had a great selection of high end tubs, but he had numerous grills/accessories, and some outdoor furniture. It’s nice to see a competitor for Casual Furniture here in Winston-Salem. I’ll certainly be keeping my business here for any future purchases (need a new grill anyway).”
