Fun Outdoor Living recently completed a patio for us. From the time we met with Anthony to the delivery of the hot tub we were continually impressed with their professionalism. The design work by Anthony was outstanding and the finished product looks exactly as we designed. As with any project, there was a hickup, but Andre, the CEO got personally involved and the issue was resolved. This is a top notch company that stands behind their work and the products they sell and service. We recommend them very highly.

Fun Outdoor Living was hired to rebuild our deck based on their highly rated reviews, and they earned them. Zane was an excellent salesman, walking us through the whole design process. He listened to us when we talked about what we had envisioned for the project, and he made excellent suggestions. When it came time to build, Brian was our project manager. They both took care of us all the way through the project, openly communicating with us every step of the way. All of their crews were professional; they worked hard, efficiently, and tidily. Zane and Brian were quick to respond and address any problems that came up through the project. They even climbed the ladder to make adjustments themselves, on a Sunday, when it was needed! They did a fantastic job, and all of our neighbors are impressed by the quality of their work and professionalism. We can’t recommend them enough!

We highly recommend Fun Outdoor Living! They completely transformed our backyard with a waterfall/pond, fire pit area, extended patio pavers and hot tub. They felt like family and the customer service was exceptional. Ken, Julia, Nick and Gage built our backyard like it was going to be theirs! We had the great folks from Fun Outdoor Living completely transform our backyard into a complete outdoor fun zone. They designed a beautiful waterfall/pond, extended our backyard with pavers and installed a hot tub. Gage and Nick did a terrific job in designing the waterfall. They checked in with us every step of the way. It felt like they were building something in their own backyard. They built something we are very proud of and we’ve received many compliments from family, friends and neighbors. Ken and Julia were outstanding with setting us up with our hot tub. Julia has been very helpful in understanding how to maintain and work it. Even “after the sale” they have been very helpful and responsive. We bought a hot tub from Fun Outdoor Living through a special they were having with our local Mooresville Costco. Overall it was a good experience and we love the new salt system and the Hot Spring tub. With the tub installation, FOL also expanded our paver patio. Go into your project with realistic expectations, as there will likely be installation or delivery relations. Jacob worked closely with us up until the end to insure we were happy with the product, delivery and the installation. We like our hot tub.  But after having it a few months I can say w certainty that we should not have gotten the one w the IQ system.  It’s a complete waste of money. It hasn’t worked properly even once.  And we’ve struggled to regulate our chemicals from day one. The idea of a salt water system is great but it’s been a struggle.

Can’t say enough about Fun Outdoor Living!!!  Highly recommended.  Our previously unusable backyard has now become our favorite spot to be thanks to Andre, Oscar and team. Andre worked with us through several iterations of plans looking to maximize the views while dealing with a number of challenges including steep inclines & minimal access.  He provided a number of options and would offer up suggestions to make things that we wanted more economical or better alternatives to achieve the same end goal. Oscar, John and Oscar Jr. completed the work quickly and left the area tidy each night. Andre was accessible and flexible - meeting with us on the weekends and evenings.  Hot tube arrives next month to complete the project.
