Fun Outdoor Living recently completed a patio for us. From the time we met with Anthony to the delivery of the hot tub we were continually impressed with their professionalism. The design work by Anthony was outstanding and the finished product looks exactly as we designed. As with any project, there was a hickup, but Andre, the CEO got personally involved and the issue was resolved. This is a top notch company that stands behind their work and the products they sell and service. We recommend them very highly.

+2Fun Outdoor Living was hired to rebuild our deck based on their highly rated reviews, and they earned them. Zane was an excellent salesman, walking us through the whole design process. He listened to us when we talked about what we had envisioned for the project, and he made excellent suggestions. When it came time to build, Brian was our project manager. They both took care of us all the way through the project, openly communicating with us every step of the way. All of their crews were professional; they worked hard, efficiently, and tidily. Zane and Brian were quick to respond and address any problems that came up through the project. They even climbed the ladder to make adjustments themselves, on a Sunday, when it was needed! They did a fantastic job, and all of our neighbors are impressed by the quality of their work and professionalism. We can’t recommend them enough!

Juan and Paul at this location were extremely friendly and helpful, Juan helped me pick out the right hot tub for our backyard and we are loving our purchase. Jeff and the delivery team were extremely professional and did a phenomenal job installing it in our backyard. I would highly recommend going here if you’re looking to upgrade your backyard space!

Zane Foshee was the very best to work with. Did an awesome job of designing our sunroom addition and deck. Very quick to respond if I needed anything or had questions which I had a bunch. Had great idea when our ceiling light fixtures weren’t right and designed it so they look great. Angel fixed them from Zane’s design. Was a great experience working with Zane and his team. Love our new living space. Would highly recommend them.

This company is amazing! We met with Zane to start the design process. What we ended up with was so much better than we ever envisioned. Zane put together the drawings and the details of what needed to be done in a very organized manner. We did not run into many issues, but if something needed to be changed, they figured it out and made it work. The finished product is absolutely gorgeous and looks like it’s been a part of our house since it was originally built. I would recommend Zane and Fun Outdoor Living to everyone thinking about a deck/porch project! They do many more things than decks, and we will be reaching out when we decide to expand again!!

We contracted with Fun Outdoor Living to design and install an outdoor kitchen at our Huntersville home. Our project size and cost was relatively modest compared to others but we received 5-star service across the entire project. Ken R did a superb job as the lead designer guiding us patiently through the options that met our goals and aligned with our budget. Matt K was outstanding as the project install lead. We are thrilled with the end product and would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for such work.

We had a covered patio added to the back of our house by Fun Outdoor Living and are so very pleased with the results! They were helpful with planning and stayed in communication the whole time. We had an issue with drainage after the build (no fault of theirs) and they helped us resolve our issue. Our patio is our new favorite place!

My husband and I were new to outdoor kitchen design when we approached fun outdoor living. The staff provided expert guidance, helping us create our ideal outdoor kitchen. Anthony, our design consultant, explained each aspect of the design thoroughly and responded promptly to our questions. We recommend fun outdoor living for outdoor kitchen projects. For an enhanced experience, consider adding a pizza oven to your design. It’s been a fantastic addition to ours!

+6Everyone who worked on my outdoor kitchen project was great. Kenny was the point of contact contractor and he was always positive and helpful. He was straightforward and didn't promise anything he couldn't deliver. Eric and Jonathan were hard working and always had respect for the property. The project took longer than expected but that seems to always happen, but the end result was better than expected. I'd highly recommend them.
We bought a hot tub from Fun Outdoor Living through a special they were having with our local Mooresville Costco. Adam was our salesperson and he was very knowledgeable about the entire line of tubs. Overall it was a good experience and we love the new salt system and the Hot Spring, Flash model, tub. With the tub installation, FOL also expanded our paver patio. Go into your project with realistic expectations, as there could be installation or delivery delays. Jacob worked closely with us up until the end to insure we were happy with the product, delivery and the installation. If we had it to do all over again, we’d work through Fun Outdoor Living again.

We highly recommend Fun Outdoor Living! They completely transformed our backyard with a waterfall/pond, fire pit area, extended patio pavers and hot tub. The sales representative, project coordinator, project manager, and the installation crew were all professional, consistently on time, and excellent communicators throughout the process. We ordered 2 Infratech Heaters for our 3 season room completed by another contractor a few months prior. We ordered one of the custom colors to match the aesthetics of the room. Julia was tremendously helpful in the showroom and they have an electrician, Pyramid Electic Services, that they use for their jobs and they were also awesome to work with! It was super simple to work with them, great communication and customer service and everything ran on time!!!

My HotSpring Beam is awesome and I highly recommend one! My spa has been so therapeutic… emotionally and physically. I was worried most about keeping the maintenance up but Julia is super helpful and I am managing it with little effort. Just do it!!

At times, a sales rep pushes hard to get the sale, then once you sign and the transaction is complete, they dont care about you anymore. Fun Outdoor Living is so different. They were helpful in selecting the right hot tub and even upgraded the stairs free, as it was a more modern look. Fast forward 3 years since the original sale, I reached out via email to say I had an issue with a small piece of the exterior panel. The same day? Erin texted me to see up a date for them to come out to fix the issue. She was kind and helpful, and she even set the expectations saying the part is being ordered and may need a few weeks. Two weeks later, not one but two maintenance technicians, James & Corey, showed up, and they were both so professional and helpful. They took care of the hot tub as if it were their own. I'm honestly speechless in how, before the original purchase, they stressed their warranty and commitment to make sure we are happy and comfortable after purchase. Easy to say, but in this instance, they fully lived up to it, and I honestly am so grateful I opened to buy from them! Thank you for providing your continued help and assistance years after the purchase with such kindness and professionalism. I am very much thankful and appreciate you all!

Fun outdoor living was really great to work with throughout the entire sales to installation process of both our deck and swim spa. We worked with Adam as our sales person, Matthew for our construction, and Julia as well as many others for all of our service. They have made the whole process from beginning to end super easy and we’re always very accommodating anytime we needed anything. We’ve had our hot springs spa for a little over a month now and Caroline was absolutely wonderful and so knowledgeable and helpful when we were choosing a spa. We went to a couple of other spa dealers before Fun Outdoor Living and they were no where near as knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all of our questions before we made our purchase and has been a dream to work with after delivery as well. She answers all of my calls right away or returns them very quickly. We just had our first service issue with our spa and Corey came out today and was fantastic. He contacted me first thing this morning to let me know an approximate time he would be over. And then contacted me again when he was on his way. He went above and beyond while here and answered questions I had about the spa and gave me helpful tips and advice for caring for my spa. Super friendly and respectful. Thank you!
This is the place to go for your new hot tub! We were interested at looking at their line of Hot Spring tubs and were not dissapointed. Julia was great to work with. The fist person I spoke with was Caroline. Loved her immediately. She was polite in answering my questions, very kind and she knows her hot tubs. Our tub was delivered Friday. Today, we started filling it with water. First thing I did was message Caroline today. It has been a wonderful process! Our whole family is happy.
From the moment we walked into the showroom till the time we left our salesperson Caroline, was not only friendly but super knowledgeable especially regarding Bull Grills. She helped us create a beautiful outdoor kitchen for our deck in the back yard . Highly recommend for all your backyard or outdoor living .

Caroline DiFiore helped us pick out a spa. We got the (Highlife Vangard) with freshwater salt system. She explained the difference in the units, operating features and any discounts, promotions or sales that were in effect. After the sale, she checked-in with us and kept us informed about delivery and said she would be with us every step during startup. During startup she coached and gave suggestions to get us going quickly and simply. A month later, she checked on us. Great experience, easy to do business with, no pressure, just service. This is one of the best investments we have made- love the spa. use it almost every day. Looks good on our patio.

James did an excellent job cleaning and preparing my hot tub. It was in need of TLC. He did an awesome job and also showed me step by step the process of changing the filters and adding the necessary spa care additives. Super friendly and knowledgeable! Highly recommend the service.

James came out and got my spa clean and ready for Spring/ Summer and his service was amazing!! He took the time to go over the chemicals with me for maintenance and resetting salt cartridge. My husband and I had the best experience in using Fun Outdoor Living in Rock Hill, SC for our outdoor kitchen build. From our very first visit into the store, we were greeted and asked if we needed help with anything. We were allowed to look around without being pressured into anything. We finally decided we wanted information on an outdoor kitchen unit. We spoke with Ken Roberts who gave us all the information we needed to move forward with our build. Ken was knowledgeable and didn’t pressure us into anything we didn’t want and also advised us on what we should get even if it wasn’t the most expensive. The process was simple and organized. They have an app that they keep in touch with you along with a phone call as well to keep you up to date on the building process. They are very thorough. Ken came by to measure and look at the area we wanted unit to make sure site was good before proceeding with build. He will also make sure if you’re in an HOA that they receive the plans in a timely manner for approval. Once everything is approved and unit is built, there is another team of wonderful and professional site builders that will come and install your unit. Clint and Eric were the team we had install our unit along with the stone contractors that did an amazing job. It was around Thanksgiving, we had just moved into our new home and we were trying to get the outdoor kitchen unit in as the whole family was coming for the holiday. Clint, Eric and the whole crew got it in and Clint & Eric even came back to do an install at 7pm on Thanksgiving Eve. Now that’s customer service!! We are very happy with our outdoor kitchen and highly recommend Fun Outdoor Living for any of your outdoor living needs. Don’t hesitate to call or go by and see them at the Rock Hill, SC location, you’ll be glad you did!!

My wife and I walked into the new store and immediately was greeted by Brandon Mulls. He was with a customer at the time, but told us he would be with us right after. We are new in town and had driven by FOLiving several times. One day, this summer, I got on the website and indicated that we were interested in buying a hot tub. I was called shortly thereafter and connected with Thaddeus. I told him briefly what we were looking for. Thaddeus was going to look at inventory and get back to me. We spent a LOT of time mostly texting going over all the options that were within our price range. We are previous longtime owners of a Hot Springs Spa so we knew what we wanted but we also wanted to be informed of the newer brands in the market today for a comparison. By a stroke of luck, there happened to be a perfect 2026 Hot Springs Beam available at an unexpected reduced price. Thaddeus was very accommodating with his schedule and my husband and I came down to their beautiful showroom to take a look around. Thaddeus is very knowledgeable and makes the buying process so relaxing & is full of important bits of info. We sealed the deal on the Hot Springs Beam and were very excited to receive our new hot tub. The Delivery guys were fantastic! They took their time and were very careful to bring the Hot Tub into the backyard without any damage and did a great job setting it up! Unfortunately, there was some glitch in the software system so we could not get the hot tub to turn on even though it was set up with the electrical. I connected with Thaddeus immediately … It happened to be his day off which I didn't realize… But he picked up the phone anyway and was quick to make a couple of phone calls and had someone from Repair contact me to set up an appointment for the very next day. I really appreciated that! Jose… One of the two guys on the tech team, came out and was both extremely friendly and personable and very very knowledgeable! He was able to quickly identify the problem which was an easy fix, and while he was there, he did a thorough overview and found a couple of things that needed to be adjusted. He spent time explaining to us how the new chemicals operate since we now have a salt system Hot Springs. Jose was fabulous! And Thaddeus was extraordinary! We were so grateful to have had such a great experience with Fun Outdoor living. I highly highly recommend!

He was friendly, polite, and professional. He answered all my questions and even gave me a few helpful tips. I hope when I do my next valet service they send James again! Update :10/2/26 Well I just had my yearly maintenance and cleaning done on my hot tub and James was the technician that showed up again this year. I really enjoy working with James and he does excellent work. Everything went well and after three days the salt and chlorine are balanced as required. Today I will be replacing my IQ sensor and hope it all goes well and it runs smoothly like it finally did last year. I was surprised how quickly they were in and out. We’ve had very good service from everyone at Fun Outdoor Living.
