Initial exterior inspection for condition and potential issues · Check operation panel is in working order · Check for leaks and issues by removing the side panel to inspect inside · Test water chemistry for needed adjustments · Make any needed water chemistry adjustments and retest · Clean the exterior of the spa cabinet · Clean base boards and rinse complete spa · Clean steps · Clean spa water line the remove any residue · Chemically clean filters · Ace Cell cleaned quarterly, if present · Wash, wipe off, and apply protectant to spa cover · Free chemical delivery during scheduled visits · 3 annual Drain & Clean services annually (non-FWSS) · 2 annual Drain & Clean services annually(FWSS)
