- 13×9” BGE Drip Pan
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Large cans of Yams with Syrup (Dukes)
- 1-1/2 boxes of Butter Pecan Dry Cake Mix
- 2-3 sticks of butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Fill pan with 2 Large cans of Yams with Syrup.
Add 1-1/2 boxes of Butter Pecan Dry Cake Mix. Don’t mix into Yams.
Top cake mix with 2 sticks of butter.
Add an extra stick of butter for “Southern Style.”
Setup Egg for indirect heat @ 350 degrees.
Cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until golden brown.
Note: Check every 15 minutes and “pop” clusters of cake mix.
